Tax Credits Extended through 2009…
The Emergency Economic Stabilization Act of 2008, signed in early October 2008 by President Bush, extended both the Katrina and Indian Employer Tax Credits an additional 2 years. Also included in the Act is a Heartland and Hurricane Ike Disaster Relief provision that will provide temporary tax relief for areas damaged by 2008 Midwestern severe storms, tornadoes and flooding.
TaxBreak ensures our clients that we are aware of the extensions and have already begun processing the additional credits with the information we have on file.
We are excited about the potential tax credits this will generate for your organization! If you have any questions, please do not hesitate to contact us.
